STORMY DANIELS ARRESTED AT STRIP CLUB OVER 'TOUCHING'

Stormy Daniels was arrested Wednesday night over an incident at a strip club, and it sounds like she got nailed in an undercover operation.

Stormy was performing at Sirens ... a Columbus, Ohio strip club. She was arrested for allowing a patron to touch her in violation of Ohio law. According to the law, only family members can touch a nude or semi-nude dancer.

That patron was actually Columbus PD's Officer Mary Prather. According to police docs, Stormy put both hands on Officer Prather's butt and breasts ... and then put her breasts in the cop's face. In other words ... Stormy was done in by motor boating.

She was booked and released early Thursday morning on a $6,000 bond.

Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, concedes the patrons did indeed touch his client but he describes it as a "non-sexual way."
Avenatti went on ... "This was a complete setup ... it's absurd that law enforcement resources are being spent to conduct a sting operation." He went on to allege it was a politically motivated arrest.

GEORGE CLOONEY DOING 60 MPH AT IMPACT ... Thrown 20 Feet!!!

Turns out George Clooney's scooter accident was way more serious than everyone first thought ... because we've learned the actor literally became a human projectile after impact.

Sources with direct knowledge of the crash tell... Clooney was doing 60 MPH when a car suddenly pulled in front of him. Clooney was thrown from his bike and his helmet struck the car's windshield, causing it to shatter. The force of the impact actually broke his helmet.

Our sources say Clooney was hurled TWENTY FEET in the air ... he was actually propelled over the car he hit.

Clooney was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, treated and released. He's at home recovering. We're told none of the injuries were life-threatening.

As we reported, the accident occurred on the Italian island of Sardinia.

JOHNNY DEPP SUED FOR ATTACKING CREW MEMBER On Biggie Smalls Movie

Johnny Depp attacked a member of the crew on a movie shoot, telling the crew member he'd give him $100k to punch him in the face ... and now the crew member wants his money in the form of a lawsuit.
Gregg "Rocky" Brooks was hired as a location manager last year for the movie "City of Lies" -- a story about Biggie Smalls' murder. Depp plays LAPD detective Russell Poole, who investigated the killing.
Brooks claims Depp hired 2 of his friends for a scene in downtown L.A. on April 13, 2017. Brooks says the scene wasn't working well, and he informed the director they could only have one more shot at finishing it.
Rocky went to Johnny and told him he only had one more shot. According to the lawsuit -- filed by Baker, Olson, LeCroy & Danielian -- Rocky was concerned about Depp's volatility and went to get an LAPD officer for protection. Before Rocky reached the officer, he claims Depp attacked him and angrily screamed, "Who the f*** are you? You have no right to tell me what to do."
Rocky says Depp punched him twice in the rib cage. Rocky says he didn't react, and that's when Depp screamed, "I will give you $100,000 to punch me in the face right now."
Rocky claims Depp continued his tirade and his bodyguards then removed him from the area.
Rocky says during the altercation Depp's breath reeked of alcohol.
The suit seeks unspecified damages.
We reached out to Johnny's rep, so far no word back.

CARDI B EX-MGR TRIED TO GET BETWEEN OFFSET AND ME ... Sues Him for $15 Million

Cardi B is going after the ex-manager who sued her for $10 million ... and claims he was way too controlling of her career and her personal life ... including her relationship with Offset.

Cardi filed her countersuit Thursday in federal court, and in the docs she says Shaft set up a management deal with her that she considers far too one-sided. According to the suit, Shaft got a 20% commission, but tried to bag even more dough off her Sony music publishing deal. Cardi says he demanded 50% of that deal!

She claims Shaft also tried to control every aspect of her life -- putting "barriers between her and people close to her in an effort to maintain complete control over her." In the suit, she says that bled over into her dating life, with Shaft telling her "who she should and should not see romantically."

As we reported, Shaft sued Cardi back in April claiming he made her a star and she cut him off financially.

Cardi's suing Shaft for more than $15 million.

CHARLIE SHEEN 'Winning' Tip from Judge STOP 'SLUT-SHAMING' IN HIV LAWSUIT

Charlie Sheen may have just scored a small victory in his HIV suit, but didn't win any points with the judge ... who flat-out calls his lawyer a misogynistic jerk.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the woman suing Sheen for exposing her to HIV has been ordered to take her dispute with him to arbitration. The judge ruled the NDA she admitted to signing holds up, so Sheen's "hopes of 'Winning!'" this battle were justified.

However, the judge scolds Sheen's legal team for needlessly "slut-shaming" the woman -- who's suing as Jane Doe -- saying his behavior "wins no favor with this Court."

We broke the story ... Sheen called the plaintiff a "professional hooker party girl," and claimed she knew about his HIV status the moment they met. She claims she was intimidated into signing the NDA ... but, Sheen called BS and said she was happy to hang out with him.

In the end, the judge sided with Sheen -- at least on moving the case to arbitration.

ARNOLD AND MARIA STILL MARRIED AFTER 7-YEAR DIVORCE CASE

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver may get in the Guinness Book of World Records, because they just crossed the 7-year mark in their divorce case with no end in sight.

Maria filed for divorce July 1, 2011 ... this after she learned Arnold fathered a child -- Joseph Baena -- with their housekeeper.

There was never any real custody beef ... of their 4 kids, two were minors at the time -- 17-year-old Patrick and 13-year-old Christopher -- and they both quickly agreed on joint custody. Well, Christopher's now 20, so there hasn't even been a theoretical custody issue for years.

As for a property settlement ... we reported at the time there was a pot of around $400 million to split. The couple, that reportedly started dating in 1982 and married in 1986, did not have a prenup.

Sources connected to Arnold and Maria say there were bumps along the way in hammering out a settlement but, since the split is 50/50, there are no serious roadblocks.

Our sources say Arnold has not shown interest in making the divorce final. As for Maria, she's waffled ... sometimes pushing for a divorce but other times just letting it ride. Everyone we've spoken with says Arnold and Maria are not getting back together ... yet, when push comes to shove, they both seem unwilling to pull the trigger.

After 7 years, there's a real possibility the divorce isn't going to happen ... ever.

EX-UCLA STAR TYLER HONEYCUTT FOUND DEAD OF APPARENT SUICIDE After Shootout with Cops

Tyler Honeycutt -- a former UCLA hoops standout and Sacramento King -- was found dead early Saturday morning after a police shootout and standoff at his L.A. area home ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.
According to LAPD ... it doesn't appear as if Honeycutt was struck by any gunfire in the shootout, but "appears to have sustained injuries consistent with a self-inflicted gunshot wound." We're told a gun was found on the scene.
LAPD tells us ... officers responded to a call of a man with a gun at Honeycutt's Sherman Oaks residence after 5 PM Friday, and upon arrival -- he fired a shot at them. We're told cops fired back, but no officers were injured.
After an hours-long standoff -- SWAT entered his home and found Honeycutt unresponsive. He was declared dead at the scene by the fire department.
Honeycutt's mother was reportedly the one who called police Friday, saying her son was acting erratically.
